A deep purple, antioxidant-rich, high fiber and nutrient-dense powder made from a blend of pure Rubel and Jersey skins. Users love it as an easy, nutritious boost to recipes complemented by blueberries. A natural organic food coloring and beautiful plate dusting. Great mixed into smoothies and smoothie bowls, granolas, baked goods, in salads or salad dressings, fruit roll-ups, rimming cocktails, dog biscuits, and energy bars. Contains 86 organic heirloom blueberry skins per tablespoon.

Shelf stable for two years. You may store in the refrigerator or freezer to extend shelf-life, but it is not necessary.

Bow Hill Blueberries is located in the agriculturally rich Skagit Valley in the northwest corner of Washington state. Established in 1947, Bow Hill Blueberries is the site of the oldest family-run blueberry farm in Skagit Valley. Since taking over in 2011, the Soltes family has focused on rejuvenating the soil and transitioned these historic fields to Certified Organic. The farm specializes in heirloom berries and has over 4,500 bushes.
