Kimchi Salt Blend

Inspired by the the favorite fermented food, and specifically by the Kimchi made at Ernies Cafe in Friday Harbor. They aimed to evoke the amazingly unique flavors of kimchi, and darn it if they didn't do it. After Popcorn Blend this is the most addictive product yet. Eat this stuff right out of the jar! Goes great on rice, vegetables, scrambled eggs and avocados.

Ingredients: Sea salt, gochugaru pepper, organic vinegar powder, organic garlic, organic ginger, organic carrot, organic onion, organic rice powder.
