Wild White Sage
Salvia apiana is an evergreen shrub that is native to the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. Used for generations by Native American tribes, burning sacred sage is believed to clear out spiritual impurities, pathogens, and even insects.
To use: Light your sage bundle and let burn until an ember glows. Blow out the flame and waft smoke around your space to encourage positive energy and fill the room with a warm, woody and slightly spicy scent. The sage bundle may be rested on a ceramic smudge plate or dish.
Incausa is a Social Entrepreneurship located in Brooklyn, NY and is focused on collaboration with artisans living in the Amazon Basin. The incense is purchased directly from a small village in northern Peru and is certified by the Peruvian government.
