Founded in 2012, in Brooklyn NY, Cirque Colors was created out of a desire to transcend the limited color palettes of conventional nail polish brands. The name Cirque, meaning ring or circle, came from the idea of the color wheel - a window into the endless possibilities of the color spectrum.
