If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item, then sending the original item back.
Please note: If you’re in-between sizes, please do not order multiple sizes of the same style, as we do not issue refunds. If you order a product and run into a sizing issue, we are happy to help issue you an exchange.

RETURNING FOR STORE CREDIT
We’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. Send an email to email@example.com with your order # and tracking information for the exchange within 21 days of your order date. The cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a September gift card. Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store and it will not expire. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail your order back.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
All Swim items are final sale.
Exchanges after 21 days cannot be accepted.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.
We do not issue refunds.
Free ground shipping is available on domestic orders of $175 or more. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your package. After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
