The Il Lime Oil is cold-pressed from fresh whole California limes and Arbequina olives. Fantastic with crude, Il Lime Oil is also a delicious condiment for avocado toast, corn on the cob, grilled shrimp, or a nutty Thai curry.
Il Lime Oil is what the olio industry likes to call a "co-mill", where fresh, whole, limes and just-harvested Arbequina olives are milled together, to create a pure lime-olive oil that both concentrates flavor and reveals the complexity of each fruit. Co-milling method yields an oil that is vibrant, nuanced, and assertively fruit-forward. Harvested 2022.
